Request support

General questions about IT services in the I2sysBio Institute are handled exclusively by the IT department.

If you want to report about an issue relative to IT common services then follow the below instructions in order to register in the tracking system.

Follow steps 1, 2 and 3 ONLY if you have not an active account in the Garnatxa cluster.

Registration:

  1. First visit https://garnatxadoc.uv.es/support and sign in.

  1. Then click on create an account.

  1. Finally fill the register form.

Create a ticket:

  1. Visit https://garnatxadoc.uv.es/support and click on Open a new ticket.

  1. Authenticate using the user and password created in the step 3. Remember to use your Garnatxa credentials in case you already have an active account there.

  1. Select the help topic IT Support and fill the fields below describing the issue. Remember to indicate your laboratory or office in order for a better location.
