The I2SysBio data center offers services for computing, storage and technical support to external entities and institutional partners through collaboration contracts and public rates reviewed annually.

1. Computing: Use of compute hours through an agreed maximum number of cores. Each core used provides two non-shared. The computing service is offered in the form of: - Pay per use: billed monthly based on usage in cores/hours.

2. Storage: Disk storage service is offered: SSD, NVM and SAS. You will be billed monthly per TB/day of usage maintained in the system. The storage cost is computed as the cumulative daily maintenance of data within a range of dates.

3. Long term Storage: Garnatxa provides a robotic tape library. The device is capable of keeping up to 40 LTO 9 tapes of 16TB capacity online. The tape life of an LTO tape is up to 30 years. The main function of this device is to move storage data that must remain long-term from the shared storage in garnatxa to the tape device. We also provide tape storage service for the archive of large databases, genomic datasets, etc. The tape must be financed by the customer. Minimum payment corresponds to one tape and one year’s rent.

4. Technical advice: Advisory service on the deployment and optimization of calculation applications. Adaptation of pipelines to execution scripts on the SLURM resource management system.
