Request support
If you want to report an issue about Garnatxa create a new ticket through our request tracking system.
First visit https://garnatxadoc.uv.es/support and create a new ticket.
Then use the same Garnatxa access credentials to sign in into the ticket web ( employ the same username or email and password used with your Garnatxa account).
Finally choose a help topic describing the issue or request: [Garnatxa HPC] and fill in the form with information about the issue.
The issue or request will be sent to us and we will answer you as soon as possible.
